Linens | Length Comparison | Full-Length
As the name implies, full-length tablecloths will extend all the way to the floor. Full-length tablecloths give a finished look to tables and can be used to hide anything placed underneath (including the table legs). As such, these linens are perfect for service tables, such as food or cake, which are in the center of a room and may have the caterer's equipment hiding underneath, within easy reach. They can also be used as a modesty screen for head tables, allowing the bride and her bridesmaids to sit and stand without any fear of flashing the guests; although table skirts are often better suited to this purpose, as you'll see.
The downsides to full-length tablecloths include the price (they're the most expensive style), and the amount of fabric, which can make it difficult for guests (or brides with large dresses) to sit at tables with full-length tablecloths without catching the fabric with their shoes, dresses, or the feet of their chairs.
