How do you determine the cost of a delivery?

There are multiple factors that go into determining how much a delivery will cost, but the general formula is to multiply the miles and minutes spent in-transit by four (remember, we need to travel both ways twice – once to deliver, once to return home, once to pick-up, once again to return home). Then we multiply those numbers by the cost of fuel and wages for the crew and, voilà, a delivery charge is born.
